Now, there are many cities around the world using big data to get data about traditional indicators and incorporate new measures that are only accessible by big data analysis . For example, in 2014 study of Spanish using big data from many sources to get information about travellers such as the visitor's country of origin, how long they are going to stay, how much they spent or where their destination is.

From this data, players in this market can benefit in many ways such as offering packages that suit visitors and their pocket money or packages that visitors might be interested in, based on the basis of analytics and number-driven data. These data could help in the decision-making. They can aim to target groups of customers, also can  Increase efficiency and the quality of services, big data can even be used to predict a reaction from the market after releasing new products or services, it’s not just a predictive tool to forecast future trends but also in real time to respond to tourist’s need nearly immediately. By the way it is not only Entrepreneurs who get the benefit from big data, for tourists, they could get an offer they are interested in and need.
But now, there are many issues that have to be solved, for example, the information is often too complex and unwieldy to be easily understood, then cannot put these insights into a plan of action.
