1.Providing Better Entertainment than Ever Before
Not only Spotify, but also KKBOX and Youtube use big data to analyze customer’s preference. Then, it can promote consumption and content that he likes or is interested in. In this way, it is beneficial to both companies and consumers. The company easily makes a profit and expands its consumer base. Consumers are satisfied and are willing to continue to pay to use these apps. 

2.Improved Safety on Many Levels
Public safety is a prerequisite for social development and civilized progress. In today's era, various crisis events triggered by rapid social changes have brought human society into a true "risk society." The essential characteristic of a risk society is "uncertainty", that is, it is difficult to effectively predict and control risks. In view of this, the improvement of the risk management ability of government managers and even the public has become the key to improving the effectiveness of public safety governance. The development of information technology in recent years, especially the advent of the "big data" era, has brought about fundamental changes in data and information processing methods, which have also brought new opportunities and challenges to traditional public safety governance practices.

They can also help distant patients.When I was in a car accident, I also used big data to store the information in the health insurance card, so that I could be treated in both Taichung and Kaohsiung. That is very convenient!
