With the advancement of the world, of course in the future there will be way more data then there is today. Therefore, one data scientist alone will not be rationally possible to do all the jobs, so it will soon be a team effort and we have to create a productive and diverse team. This article describes exactly how the team will be hired.

There are 3 steps in how companies will gather data and make their decision on who to hire. Firstly, companies will ask each of the people applying for the job if they have any questions and later the number of questions each person asks will be computed as data. In the second step, the job applicants are asked to choose and explain any data set and will be marked based on their problem search ability, the selection of the data set, the problem description, their approach to the problem, and their code solving ability. The third step will be another interview where job applicants will be told about what the data scientist in that company do and marking the time you understood everything. They may also give you some problem cases for you to solve.

With all of this, the company can group every job applicants with data scientist already in their company or may also create a new group with new people. I am not saying that this method is used by every company but I think it is a good article to read for precaution so that we can practice on what to expect when doing interviews.
