    In the process of transmission and storage of personal information, data collection by big data analysis releases personal information. It is in danger of being leaked, posing a threat to citizens' information security. Therefore, with the continuous maturity of technologies such as big data and cloud computing. I think it is needed to develop a standard system for maintaining information security and enhance citizens' awareness to strengthen the protection of information security to prevent this problem.

    Compared with traditional technology, big data can quickly achieve the integration and allocation of resources and promote social progress through sharing and integration. However, in the era of big data, everyone is the data provider. A large number of problems are discussed and spread in the virtual network environment, and there is much misleading and rumored information.

    Data security is threatened. In open, networked internet, big data with huge amounts of data and potential value is attracting hackers. In recent years, security crime in which in a large number such as mailbox accounts and bank card numbers are stolen, have occurred frequently. So, data security protection has become more difficult. On the other hand, due to the large amount of personal information generally existing in big data systems, the problem of personal information leakage often occurs when security crimes such as data were stolen and network attacks occur. Furthermore, with the research and application of data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other technologies, the analytical ability of big data is becoming more and more powerful, which further increases the risk of personal information leakage. Data security and personal information are threatened, Strengthening legal constraints is conducive to ensuring the safety of big data.
