Nowadays, through technology become more and more developed and popular, people started to use wearable devices to record their exercise and their heart rate to make themselves more healthy. The most common device is which can calculate how many steps you walk in one day and compare it with other people. In before, people always say you should walk more or exercise more, but what is the perfect time to walk more and exercise. We do not have evidence and results which come from scientific methods. Even how people sit, stand, or how people walk can influence one person's health, before the scientist's devices are not that advanced, so it is very hard for those scientists to find out the results. With better devices and more sensitive devices and larger memory capacity, and we can better record tester's physical response, including heartbeat and vital capacity change.
In the future, I believe those scientists can find out the best results to tell other people, which is the best way to exercise and how we change our sitting position or standing position can let our body in the best shape, and that the damage caused by sitting or standing to minimize. I think with scientific experiments and methods, we have clearer goals and methods to modify our gestures, and when our the body has any problems or ill, the wearable device can be detected at the first time and reflected the wearer, so as not to worsen the condition and delay treatment.
