Compared with many other countries with severe epidemics in Asia, such as South Korea, China and Japan. I do think that Taiwan did a great of handled COVID-19. Without a shadow of doubt, the greatest credit should be come from series of measures taken by epidemic prevention personnel and government agencies. However, I did not expect that one of the main help is the analysis of big data. They use National Health Insurance Card to analyze the patients. After data analysis, people can view patient data in any medical institution. Not only do people can quickly understand where the patients have been, But also carry out the next examination or preventive measures at any time. They are able to suspicious patients effectively, also reduce the risk of infection in the community. Furthermore, compared to those countries that I have mention before. Although their control measures have also been effective, for example, the epidemic situation in Japan and South Korea has been greatly reduced, they did not have something like a health insurance card to effectively and quickly know the relevant patient’s individual information when they come to the hospital to get accurate data of patients. Normally, they have unknowingly transmitted it to many individuals, and made the epidemic uncontrollable. Therefore, there is no doubt that big data analysis has made a great contribution to the control of Taiwan.  And let me know that big data can be used not only to collect data for analysis on the Internet, but also in the medical field.
