Big Data and Cloud Computing: A Perfect Combination

The report talked a lot about how big data and cloud computing work together. As we all know that big data is a system that is used for detecting and analyzing a bunch of information. And we often called it a database. As for cloud computing, it is huge storage in which you can put your files and pictures over the Internet. The scalability of cloud computing is far bigger than we expect. 


The article also explained the advantages of a combination of big data and cloud computing. First is agility. It means that cloud computing allows big data systems to analyze the best results for users. Moreover, it is much cheaper than building new infrastructure.


The second one is elasticity and data processing. Like I mentioned above, cloud computing can store a huge amount of database. Furthermore, it helps big data to integrate the components with more elasticity. Therefore, it surely makes big data work even faster and more efficient. For example, the company can use this kind of technology in social media or business applications. 


The last one is the most important one— cutting costs. Companies regard profits as the first option, so with a big data analysis system, they can decrease the labor cost of IT department. Also, they do not have to pay attention to invest that much money in the IT department. For long term consideration, it may be a future trend for companies. 


In conclusion, the combination of cloud computing and big data makes a more effective and less complex system. And it may be the most powerful combination in the new generation.
