Professor Tom Davenport proclaimed in the esteemed Harvard Business Review, he said “ the data scientist is the sexiest job of the 21st century.” I totally agree. To be honest, I’m really interested in the big data analysis. I think that big data is the necessary tool in the daily life. If one business would like to become successful, having the good data analysts is vital. By the analyst’s observation, the company maybe can reduce needless costs and increase the profit at the same time. Besides, analysts also can observe data and find potential customer. To become a good analysts, having perspicacity, patience, and imagination are important. The article also indicates that once the data experts learn to translate and communicate complicated technical, the commercial value and benefits of data will be concerned and appreciated.
  As for AI, nowadays, labor can be replaced at any time due to the emergency of the Artificial intelligence. I once visited the factory, and they had already introduced industry 4.0. I viewed that all work could just be done by the machine. It surprises me because I realize that maybe the younger generation will hard to find job in the near future, a robot can do more things than human and improve efficiency. After reading the article, I can see rapid technological advancement. Whether it is big data or the AI, to keep up with the pace of this technological generation is essential. We should improve ourselves, gain more knowledge and keep learning.
