If the business or the company want to enter into the e-commerce platform, actually, it’s not that easy to succeed. They need to look into new, unique and innovative techniques to drive up customer engagement and tun leads into sales. The article really interests me because I did have some experience of using e-commerce website before. Last year, I joined the competition about B2B e-commerce competition. We needed to cooperate with the company and helped them organize web page. If we wanted to have a good ranking place in the end, we needed to sell out the product of the company. First step, we collected the data and analyzed about what keywords are most common in the search engine results. It was not that easy because we had lots of products that must put on shelves. It means that we had to come up with a variety of ideas to make the product appears on the home page and make customers notice it. We used Excel to find the common place between different keywords and rearrange them. At that time, I realized that the first thing you want to sell products on the website is that you need to let the customer notice it, else no matter how good the product is, no one will know. This makes me think about a famous blogger, Chiara Ferragni, she is a successful blogger of using the online platform to earn money. Her blog calls “The Blonde Salad”. It shares some dressing experience and how she matches them, each article is written in two languages, English and Italian. I think she earned lots of money and become a famous enterpriser by using the blog. Nowadays, using website to sell products is widespread, but how to be unique and successful is the thing that business needs to concern about.

I do agree that searching engine is really important for a business. If you make a better performance than other. People are more likely to visit your website and purchases, and the well performance company gains. So how can they optimise their performance with data. The secret is keywords and content. My understanding is that, people search their desire product by typing some words. So the name and description given by the company for the product is really important. In other words, keyword. Do not make the content too short and summarise their make comprehensive topic for the body is a really useful ways to improve visibility in a search. Therefore, it will be more easier to appearance in front of peoples searching results. Another tip, I would say that is this analyse and make good use of it. Company have to keep their old client and also attract new consumer. They can communicate with the company through the website or any platform. There are so many information left on those media by company’s potential consumer. So they may have to collect those useful data, read it and analyse it. Fine out what is those people interesting, how is the trend goes. That is the way that they can develop a new things. At the same time it match consumer preference.
