In addition to the big data mentioned in the previous article, I think big data has many advantages and some disadvantages in Taiwan or over the world.
For the positive  side, quality improvement. Modern big data tools enable analysts to analyze more data to improve personal performance and make progress in Taiwan’s technology. Also it can able to improve strength. Many organizations are using big data to better adjust their IT and business efforts, and are using their analytics to support replacement and change their business strategies and tactics more frequently.
But on the other hand, talent demand is a issue. Although some universities in Taiwan have already started courses on big data, such as: our school, FCU, but hiring or training employees may greatly increase the cost, and the process of acquiring big data skills may take a lot of time. Second we can not ignore the rapid change. Another potential shortcoming of big data analysis is the rapid development of technology.  Organizations may face very variable situations. They will invest in specific technologies to get better results every month.
