 According to the trend in 2019, big data was designed to have more easier process from create new analytics project to the production phase. In 2020, the use of big data is still growing and having more impact to organization's perceive and use business intelligence. 

 The mix and merge different technologies that are based on big data, these are some trends of big data, such as;

 1. Machine Learning
    This can help in developing insights that would be difficult to extract by other methods and skilled analysis. Thus, this provides faster results and boost general efficiency and reaction times.

 2. Big Data Analytics
    This analytics provides a competitive advantage in businesses. First, The real-time speech analytics has first sustained adoption cycle that began in 2019. Moreover, according to the purpose of improving enterprise productivity and the customer experience, the concept of customer journey analytics is predicted growing steadily. 

 3. Continuous Intelligence
     A system has integrated real-time analytics with business operations. This system's process uses both historical and real-time data to create decision-making automation or decision-making support. Moreover, this system has influence in variety of technologies, such as machine learning, augmented analytics, optimization, and etc. 
      This is a new technology that has potential to act as a core nervous system for organizations, for example, trucking companies, airlines, and railroads. These industries use this system to monitor and optimize scheduling decisions.

 4. Augmented Analytics
    This analytics automates the process of gaining business insights in the advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning. Their engine goes through an organization's data, cleans, analyzes, and converts data into actionable steps. Additionally, this analytics also makes analytics available to smaller business.

 5. On the Edge
    The combination of Internet of Things with a machine learning and data analytics can improve the flexibility and accuracy of responses. This system is being fine-tuned with the hopes of improving interaction with human beings.

 6. In-Memory Computing
    This technology can help business customers to search patterns and analyze numerous amounts of data. Moreover, it is used to show complex data analyses in real time and work with large data sets with greater agility.

 7.Cloud Usage
   They have 3 types of cloud usage. First, the public cloud is a computer processing offered by third-party contractor, and available to anyone to use. Following, the hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies are becoming popular. Additionally, businesses can use the various cloud to taking advantage of the best tools and solutions to maximize organization's benefits.

 From my perspective, these technologies and systems will be more and more using in 2020. Many organizations and businesses will use these various technology to analyze their data sets and predict their maximum improvement, benefits,and efficiency in the future. Moreover, these technology can help businesses to improve their capabilities to response their customer needs in the future.
