    Data is by gathering users informations, but if these data are been leakage, it will become very serious which effect on everyone.

    For customers, like us, it is important to review our cloud provider. If we want to store big data in the cloud, you must ensure that the provider has appropriate protection mechanisms. Check whether the provider conducts regular safety audits and agrees on penalties to be taken if appropriate safety standards are not met. First, it should create a policy that only allows access to authorized users. Second, both the original data and the analysis results should be fully protected. Encryption should be used accordingly to ensure that sensitive data is not disclosed. Third, access to data should be monitored. Threat intelligence should be used to prevent unauthorized access to data.

    For company, it is important to guarantee and confirm compliance when using those data. The main challenge posed by big data is identifying sensitive information stored in unstructured data sets. The organization must ensure that sensitive information is segregated and able to demonstrate that appropriate processes have been adopted to achieve it. Some vendors are starting to provide compliance toolkits designed to work in a big data environment.

    Anyone who uses a third-party cloud provider to store or process data needs to ensure that the provider complies with regulations.
