In recent years, AI and big data have emerged and reshaped digital marketing field. This blog introduces three innovative technologies which already changed digital marketing world.

(1) Artificial Intelligent (AI)
Today, artificial intelligence becomes one part of digital marketing strategy. One of the key feature of artificial intelligence is to analyze consumers’ behaviors which mainly focusing on personalization and interactive experience. Amazon and Netflix, two well-known brands, have already incorporated artificial intelligence to accommodate consumers to get the best services.

(2) Voice Search
Voice search becomes popular nowadays. Here are some examples of voice search: Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, and Cortana. People consider voice search as personal assistants. The technology offers users customized services based on consumers’ behaviors. Many famous brands now also adapt voice search in their digital marketing strategies such as Burger King, Domino’s, and Purina. This technology will continue to evolve in the future. 

(3) Micro-Moment Marketing
The key of micro-moment marketing is to capture attentions from target consumers. This marketing strategy depends on consumers’ behaviors. It is very challenge for businesses to find the suitable approach to attract consumers. The old-fashioned users engagement and brand visibility approaches have to be changed. As of now, the ads have been interrupted consumers a lot. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that our businesses will not lose the customers.

In conclusion, this blog is suitable for marketers. Considering marketers’ roles, we should understand how big data affect digital marketing and know how to adapt this technology to improve our businesses. The most important thing for marketers is we have to follow the trends of technology to compete with our competitors. It is very crucial to learn and test new methods which leads to company’s growth and success.

    In the very near future old fashion way of marketing will not very much efficient anymore since
    newer generations are heavily invested in internet and social media. I personally think that online
    marketing is a very interesting career path so I have been looking into it for quite sometime. We
    can already see many applications on AI and I would say that it has very versatile technology. As
    for voice search, I didn’t have many experience with it. I only use the voice keyboard on the phone
    to answer some text massages while my hands are full, I would say that despite some small
    problems it is indeed very useful tool. I can imagine how big data can improve this technology to be
    more accurate and easier to use. I just recently know about micro-moment marketing after listened
    to a speaker from advertising company. I would say it is an interesting tool but still have some
    boundaries for how to applied. However, as we know that technologies and innovations are
    happening in a very fast pest so I’m really interested for where it could be in the future. Thanks for
